Captain Jerre Austin has navigated the waters off of Cape Cod Bay since
he was a young man. He began commercial fishing and captaining boats
and continued to do so thru the late eighties until the commercial fishing
industry began its slow decline. As the fish and clam stocks began to
wane Captain Austin decided to leave commercial fishing behind and
started a new career as a police officer for the town of Wellfleet. However,
Austin could not shake the salt from his veins so he began a charter fishing
company. With his years of experience on the water Captain Austin now
enjoys sharing tactics and tackle with his customers...

Welcome Aboard! This is the fishing vessel
Clinton D. named after Captain Jerres son. It is
a 23 foot Seacraft with a straight V8 inboard,
plenty of power to cruise where the fish are
quickly!
The Clinton D. is also equipped with a full
capacity life raft, full radar,gps, loran, depth
finder, fish finder, Uhf and VhF radio, chart
plotter, stereo, and partial cab enclosure. The
deck contains several live wells for keeping fish
alive or cool on ice. We provide all of the fishing
equiptment that you would need for a full day.
However, Captain Austin welcomes fly fisherman
and light tackle enthusiasts to bring their gear
along!
